EduCareer Connect was founded by Ali Jaber Matin, an educator, lecturer, and PhD researcher with over seven years of international teaching and student support experience.
Matin has been a Lecturer and Trainer and has worked in various prestigious schools like Berlin School of Business & Innovation (BSBI) in Berlin , Università Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO in Italy. He is also a PhD researcher in Political Science and International Relations in Kapadokya University.
His professional background includes teaching and academic roles in Germany, Turkey, Poland, Italy, and Canada, with experience ranging from secondary education to higher education and executive-level language training. He has worked extensively with international students on academic preparation, English for Academic Purposes (EAP), career communication, and university readiness.
Matin holds an MBA, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and advanced certifications in higher education teaching, faculty development, and English language instruction, including TEFL. His work is informed by both academic research and real-world experience supporting students navigating international education systems.
Through EduCareer Connect, his goal is to provide structured, honest, and accessible guidance that empowers students to make informed decisions and build sustainable academic and career pathways.
